Delays in submitting your order form, incomplete order forms or wrong passwords will delay your order!

DELIVERY TIME
All orders are filled within 5 - 7 business days of order form receipt. In most cases orders are filled in less time. Please choose the appropriate order form, if necessary, to complete your order. Providing complete info will allow us to process and customize your order as quickly as possible. If no order form is received and no contact can be made orders will be refunded in 5-7 days.
BUSINESS DAYS
Auction Add-Ons operates on standard business days, Monday - Friday. We do not operate on a set number of business hours each day as we work at home. There is generally a person answering email several times during the day and evening. All questions are usually answered within 24 hours.
